Yes. The AI only uses real-time transcription from your current stream (and session history). It does not invent outside information - every answer is grounded in what you actually said.
Just the extension in Chrome or Edge. After connecting your account, you stream as usual; AI listens to live audio and indexes it in real time. Your mods can click "Answer with AI" in chat.
Each plan has a maximum number of AI-generated answers per month (e.g., 20 on Free, 200 on Starter). This counts each time someone clicks "Answer with AI." Real-time transcription does not count.
The hours limit only counts time while capture is active - when you are streaming and the extension is transcribing audio. The counter is monthly and resets each billing cycle. If you exceed your plan limit, transcription pauses until next month or upgrade.
If your hours or questions run out mid-month, you can buy add-on packs (for example +5h live or +100 questions) to keep using the product immediately. Add-ons are valid only for the current cycle and do not roll over.
Yes. Transcription is processed in real time only to generate answers within your stream context. We do not store audio recordings; session transcript history is used only for that live.
Yes. The Free plan gives 1 hour of live and 20 questions per month so you can test. After joining the waitlist and unlocking access, you can upgrade to Starter, Pro or Creator anytime.
