- Subscription and billing information (card data is processed by Stripe)
- Channel name/handle (YouTube/Twitch) and extension settings
3.2 Stream and product usage data
- Real-time transcription is processed ephemerally to generate chat answers; we do not store audio or transcripts after the session.
- Question/answer history may be kept during the active session for context and quality.
- Extension usage data (features used, active integrations).
3.3 Technical data

3.4 Data we do not intentionally collect

6. Voice and transcription processing (zero retention)
Live stream audio is processed in real time for transcription and answer generation.
- No storage: audio and transcripts are processed only in real time and are not saved after the session ends.
- Real-time transcription may be provided by subprocessors (for example Deepgram) under data processing agreements.
- Retention: zero seconds after session end for audio/transcription content.
7. Data sharing and subprocessors
We do not sell personal data. We share data only where necessary and under contractual safeguards.
8. International transfers
When data is transferred outside the EEA, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent legal mechanisms.
9. Retention periods
- Account data: subscription duration plus post-cancellation period per policy
- Billing records: according to tax/legal obligations
- Audio/transcription: not retained after session
- Application/security logs: limited retention window
