By accessing or using the Live Answer AI platform and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and incorporated policies.
2. Definitions

- "Subscription" means the paid plan selected by the user.
- "Service" means the Live Answer AI platform, extension, and related features.
3. Service description
Live Answer AI enables creators and moderators to generate chat answers based on real-time stream transcription, including moderation workflows, contextual memory, and subscription management.
4. Account registration and obligations
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Subscription plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically unless canceled.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise required by law.
7. Acceptable use policy
- No unauthorized system access attempts
- No malware or malicious code
- No fraudulent or abusive behavior
- No violation of applicable laws/regulations
8. Data processing agreement (GDPR Article 28)
Where required, Live Answer AI processes data according to user instructions and service configuration, using appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
9. Voice and transcription processing
Stream audio is processed in real time for answer generation. Audio and transcripts are not stored after the session.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, software, branding, and documentation remain the property of Live Answer AI and its licensors. You retain ownership of your content.
11. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect confidential information received from the other party in connection with the Service.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Service is provided "as is" and liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Live Answer AI against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the Service.
14. Service availability
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and external issues may temporarily affect uptime.
15. Changes to service and terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified in advance where applicable.
16. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law and, where applicable, EU law.
17. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure events.
18. General provisions
If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and Privacy Policy form the full agreement regarding the Service.
